This whole demo is really amazing... definitely nailed the Mega Man Legends PS1 graphic and art style... while making it feel fresh, modern, and original. I can't wait to play the full game!!
ended to soon :C first indie game i actually found myself really getting into controls where fun music was great boss was awsome, loved it loved it loved it, oh and artstyle was SUPER clean everything felt well optimised which i enjoy everything looked professinal and was just overall a good time
Just found out about this and loved this! Thank you for making this! The game felt great and snappy, fast and loved how the level design was designed with short cuts opening and leading to areas easier. Unfortunately the way the game looks in 2025 just isn't for me anymore, just can't get behind chibi style. I may change my mind when I see the full version out though :)
I love this so much! Shut up and TAKE MY MONEY! Allow pre-orders by sending Steam keys (now or in the future) to those who pay $45+ USD (or more) in donations. This is a demo but better than many PAID games tbh.
Really looking forward to play more of this game! Amazing homage to the original Megaman Legends games with better controls and movement options. Keep up the great work!
Amazing game! I love the lock-on mechanic and the way enemies challenge movement rather than aim, reminds me a bit of Metroid Prime. Thanks for making this, I had a lot of fun!
Looking at the screenshots, the dev quite literally ripped the graphics and map and everything from Mega Man 64 / Mega Man Legend, just reskinning the character models.
This is a absolutely fantastic game, really well made. Captures the look and feel of Megaman Legends well and with better controls. The only tiny nitpick would just be that the menu and inventory screens look super plain and dull, but I know that could be easily updated. I really hope the creator releases a full game one day because I would definitely buy it day one! A must play for anyone curious. Nothing but praise from me. 👏👏👏
I saw this in a random article ages ago, but only now getting around to playing this. I've played this for like half an hour and I freaking love it! The movement is so good, and the PS1 graphics are just spot on.
I really like the progress so far, the movement feels intuitive and responsive, and I like the flow of movement that you get from being able to wall-kick while moving forward.
One of my biggest gripes is the controller set up though, as it generally asks you to play simon-says to map the buttons, but won't tell you what they do. I ended up having to press random buttons in-game to figure out what things did (before I found the prompts that explained their function, mind you).
This would be fine if it wasn't the fact that I wanted to customize my controls to be more recognizable to me, but some trial and error got me to the layout I wanted, and I had a BLAST with it.
I'm hopeful that future versions will have more secrets and stuff you can find that are akin to the buster power up you get by wall-jumping in the dungeon, as there were pipe placements in the dungeon you could only get to by careful wall-jump scaling, or getting into the building when you find the path past the ruined fences in the docks that left me feeling like, "Damn, this would be a GREAT place for a random chest!"
All in all though, I enjoyed my time with the game, and will definitely be keeping my eye on this. Alsothemaincharacterisadorable.
Is BusterGal a third the filesize because of better music compression or something? Very impressive if so, but if not I'd prefer not to be missing out on content.
Rockman Dash but with amazing control. I can't wait to see this fleshed out, been itching for more of this kind of game. The only gripe I have is how you can shoot behind, but it's not a big deal

Could not beat the game. Final boss was too hard, and upgrades were too expensive. But great game! Any tips on how to beat the final boss.
I REALLY LOVE THIS GAME
i love the megaman legends aesthetic! excellent game!

the art is rly good, but the movement and level design is lacking

I love the game but I'm very curious. is it really over when you beat the dungeon? I want more of it and I feel like it's too short.

Sooooo sick
It's like megaman legends if it was made with competent controls and a thicc robot girl

I don't think music weights half the game
need more
I hope in future we can change her outfit/armor upgrade or sorta. Very nice game impressive.
