I found a bug: when changing the controller's mode to "noob", I can start a conversation with someone using B, but then I need to press A to go to the next sentence.

The Mega Man Legends nostalgia is hitting super hard with this, and the improvements over that series are wonderful. I really hope development continues smoothly so it can get all the care and polish it deserves! Keep up the good work! :)

how the fuck are you suppose to avoid a laser that moves faster than you can jump huh tell me that

I got killed ~30 times at the part.You have to jump with the right timing.

well the first boss should not be that hard

That's meant to be the final boss of the demo, the first boss is the mantis lol

I saw somebody playing this on youtube recently, it looks beautiful.

If it comes to steam I will buy it, even if it ends up being short.

In fact, I wouldn't mind buying it from early access.

This is such an amazing project! The controls are fluid, the graphics are perfect, the overall feel is great. Please bring this to Steam. This easily has the makings to be better than it's influence. Forget MML, Delta Gal is where it's at! <3

which engine you use BTW The games was beautiful i like mixture of pixelart and 3d it was giving a cool effect

Unity, although I wouldn't say that it has a great support for this kind of artstyle.

I recently saw miziziziz making a game with ps1 style graphics in godot.

I don't know anything about gamedev but maybe you would like godot?

This looks great!  How long have you been working on it?

Is there anywhere we can make bug reports? I know it isn't at all much, but I'd like in some why to help point out issues to be ironed out. Like, I noticed that if you die by taking damage from a bottomless pit, you don't die; instead, the game freezes

I'll make a dedicated place for that tomorrow. I'll have some more questions about the bug you encountered because I haven't been able to recreate it

The 3D models, textures and pixel filters were all done really well. Plus, the gameplay is exciting and addictive! (Especially with the music!) Really well done so far :D

Is there any chance that this game could  be on the OUYA, nVidia ShieldTV or Retroid Pocket 2? That would be great. Looks awesome. I guess, with game pad controller input support it could run on Android 4.1 with OpenGL ES 2.0 or so.

I'm sorry but these platforms are not a priority, chances are very slim

The creator had, via Twitter, said they were going to stop working on the game but since then have changed their mind.

Controller configs don't seem to save on Linux. It just keeps saying controller not configured in the settings. I'm using a DualShock 4.

Thank you. Just tried it on Ubuntu, looks like one wrong way slash is the problem. You'll have to wait a day or so until I patch it unless you want a hack solution

Very awesome megaman like game! It's Megaman legends done right lol. If this was released way back in the 90s-2000s I would play the hack out of it! Thank you for making the game. Please have a full version, I would gladly pay for it!

I made it all the way through to the end of the game and I loved every second of it!

That first boss you fight after obtaining the shovel kinda jumpscared me, though! xP

I think I found a bug of some sort. I noticed pressing "I" on the keyboard locks the camera vertically and I have not found a key to unlock the camera from that position.

I also noticed that the trees in town, except for the ones at town hall, have no physical collision and you cant walk right through them.

With that said, amazing to see how far this game is coming compared to the first build you let people play. I am really happy you are not calling it quits, you really have something quite special here.

Part 2!

Holy carp, that boss. Most combat in the game felt very active, and I enjoyed that, but I wasn't expecting a bullet curtain boss. I like that it had a pattern I was able to pick up on without much trouble, but dodging the lasers, mostly blindly, was quite a struggle.

Perhaps, though I am not sure I fully agree?

I will admit the butt waggle when sprinting is a tiny bit distracting but I don't really get how the character is overly sexualized outside of maybe the butt waggling with the sprint. Even then it comes off more cutesy to me than sexual in nature.

I know you say your suggestion is "valid" but you never really point out what exactly you see so "sexual" about the character. Perhaps adding a bit of specificity to what you find overly sexual?

Honestly, I really love the character's design personally and aside from that small bit of animation (Which, in my opinion isn't an issue) I am just not seeing it as sexual.

Had to take another look, but I agree with you on this. The run wiggle seems more cute than sexy, although I will say she does come off bottom heavy. I feel that would be better fixed by simply adding mid-section armor for balance. Maybe more detail on the leg joints, since it looks like she's running around in bulky thigh boots.

Anyways, I don't find her a problem at all. Sure, I appreciated her "assets" for a solid 30 seconds, but I was able to just play the game without noticing afterward.

I'll upload my unedited Stream vod later so you can see for yourself just how much it "distracts" during a playthrough Mr Dev.
